What is the best way to receive technical information?

How can I receive a quotation?

To request for quotation, please send us your request through our website (Contact Us).

Is it possible to receive a free sample?

Subject to availability with the factory/distributors.

What is the delivery time?

Generally, is 2-4 weeks however, based on the order quantity; factory will confirm.

Do you have any MOQ limit?

For first order no MOQ limitation.

How is the factory processing the order?

After accepting factory quotation, the customer will send the purchase order then allow 2-business days for receiving factory confirmation. After that, payment must be proceeded before staring manufacturing the order.

How do you ship the goods?

All our prices are EXW. As usual, customer purposes the forwarder name. Also, the factory can provide an optional quotation for goods shipping FOB.

Is it possible to have our logo printed on the products?

Yes, subject to MOQ limitation.

What is the product warranty?

up to 5 years.

What is the payment term?

100% advance wire transfer for small quantity and samples.50% advance wire transfer and 50% settled before shipping for bulk-orders.

How to deal with the faulty products?

All our products are Q.C. passed. However, if there is any faulty one and the product is still under-warranty then, please contact our after-sales service team to fill-up claim form and get your products replaced free of charge.

Do you have after-sales service team?

Yes, our after-sales service team will be always happy to assist you in all after sales orders and answer to all issues.
